[Amended] Xperix Inc. to raise equity via a third-party allotment

Xperix Inc. disclosed a board resolution dated 2026-10-22 to raise new equity through a third-party allotment. The company plans to issue 962,461 shares new common shares at KRW 2,078 per share per share, for a total of KRW 2.00 billion, and the issue price represents a 10% discount to the base price. The new shares equal 2.6% of the 36,997,002 shares common shares outstanding before the offering. Proceeds are earmarked for KRW 999.99 million and KRW 1.00 billion, and payment is due on 2026-11-16 with listing scheduled for 2026-12-09.
