MSDI Co.,Ltd to raise equity via a third-party allotment

MSDI Co., Ltd. disclosed a board decision on 2026-09-29 to raise new equity through a third-party allotment. The company plans to issue 630,318 shares new common shares with a par value of KRW 1,000 per share each at an issue price of KRW 3,173 per share, for a total amount of about KRW 2.00 billion, with the proceeds designated for KRW 2.00 billion.
