[Amended] EcoGlow Co., Ltd. to raise equity via a general public offering
EcoGlow Co., Ltd. disclosed a board decision on 2026-11-04 to raise new equity through a general public offering. The company plans to issue 1,011,804 shares new common shares with a par value of KRW 500 per share each, at a preliminary issue price of KRW 2,965 per share, for a total of about KRW 3.00 billion. Part of the proceeds is earmarked for the acquisition of other companies' securities, and the new shares equal 9.67% of the 10,467,097 shares common shares outstanding before the offering. The issue price reflects a 6% discount to the base price, and it remains preliminary and will be finalised shortly before subscription, which runs from 2026-11-09 to 2026-11-10, with payment due on 2026-11-12 and listing scheduled for 2026-11-27.
